In this paper, a voltage-boost-type non-voltage drop single-phase full-bridge inverter connected to switched-capacitor structure is proposed. The output voltage of the controlled by pulse width modulation DSP control lead and break active switches. switches work at low frequency; other high frequency. uses two capacitor modules charge discharge alternately so as overcome problem on side in transition stage from series parallel charge. By analyzing charge–discharge characteristics RC circuit, cycle can be adjusted alter within certain range. results physical construction verify Simulation achieved well, which demonstrates satisfactory performance that supports verification above theory.
